How long a pair lasts depends on how hard you wear them. Daily miles on hard floors wear down any insole faster than a few hours a day in an office shoe.
To get the most out of yours: hand wash in cool water, air dry away from direct heat, and rotate between pairs if you bought a multi-pack. Rotating gives the foam time to recover and is the single biggest thing you can do to extend their life.
Replace them when the foam stays compressed instead of springing back after a night out of the shoe. Your first 90 days are covered by the guarantee.

Worn pairs are covered. You do not have to keep them boxed to qualify. Put them through a few weeks of real days, and if they are not right, send them back.

This release is supplied in eleven EU size bands, EU 35 to 36 through EU 55 to 56. The largest five bands, EU 47 to 48 and up, are temporarily out of stock and are due back in.

They are different products. Custom orthotics are moulded to your own foot at a clinic. Solacea is one everyday support profile supplied in eleven size bands.

Why plantar fasciitis is more common around menopause
The plantar fascia is connective tissue, and estrogen helps maintain the collagen and elasticity of connective tissue. A 2019 PLoS One study of fascial cells found that collagen production shifts with sex hormone levels, and its authors note fascial tissue may become less elastic during menopause. A 2026 literature review in Annals of Rehabilitation Medicine examines the same hormonal changes across menopause and perimenopause, and includes plantar fasciitis among the conditions it discusses.
