How To Use The Two Pieces

Through the day. Insoles in whatever you are wearing. They support the arch and cushion the heel and forefoot for as long as you are standing.

When you sit down. Put the roller under one bare foot and roll slowly from the heel to the ball of the foot for a few minutes, then swap. Work at a pressure you would call firm rather than sharp.

Neither piece is a medical treatment. If your pain is severe or getting worse, see a podiatrist.

Between Sizes? Smaller Feet?

Between two bands?
Take the larger one. The insole sits under the footbed, so a slightly longer one settles in without lifting your heel.

Smaller than our smallest band?
EU 35 to 36 is the smallest band we make. Below that these will not sit correctly in the shoe.

The roller is one size and fits any foot.

Will They Fit My Shoes?

Order the shoe size you normally buy. There is no need to go up a size.

Take out the liner that came with the shoe first, then drop the insole in on top of the footbed.

The insoles support the arch and cushion the heel and forefoot through the day. The roller gives you a way to ease the arch and heel once you sit down. People buy the kit for plantar fasciitis, aching arches and sore heels after long hours standing.

How Long Will It Last?

How long a pair of insoles lasts depends on how hard you wear them. Daily miles on hard floors wear down any insole faster than a few hours a day in an office shoe.

To get the most out of yours: hand wash the insoles in cool water, air dry away from direct heat, and rotate them between pairs of shoes if you can. Wipe the roller down after use.

Replace the insoles if the support material becomes compressed or worn.

Returns & Refunds

You have 90 days from delivery. If the kit is not right, email us and we will refund you, typically within 10 business days of the return arriving.

Worn insoles are covered. You do not have to keep them boxed to qualify. Put them through a few weeks of real days, and if they are not right, send them back.

            Plantar fasciitis pain comes from strain along the band of tissue under your arch.             One pair of Solacea insoles in the shoe size you choose, and one textured foot roller. Both ship together in a single box.

            What shoe sizes are available?

            This release is supplied in eleven size bands, EU 35 to 36 through EU 55 to 56. The largest five bands, EU 47 to 48 and up, are temporarily out of stock and are due back in. The roller is one size.

            How often should I use the roller?

            A few minutes per foot at the end of the day is the usual pattern. Work at a pressure you would call firm rather than sharp, and stop if it hurts.

            Can I buy the insoles on their own?

            Yes. The insoles are sold separately if you do not want the roller. The kit exists for people who want the at-home half of the routine as well.

            What the kit can and cannot do

            No. The kit is designed to support and cushion the arch during the day and to ease it afterwards. It is not a medical treatment and we do not promise a specific outcome. If you have severe or worsening pain, see a podiatrist.

            What if the kit does not work for me?

            You have 90 days from delivery to ask for a refund, even after you have worn them. Contact us and we will sort it out.
