          They are built low profile on purpose. Lift out the insole already in the shoe and drop these straight in. They work in trainers, work shoes, loafers and most flats. Very narrow dress shoes are the one place they can feel tight.

          How long do they last?

          They are built for daily wear. Most people replace any insole every three to six months with regular use, and Solacea is covered for 90 days from delivery either way.
